Mayfair provides suitable staff for all permanent and temporary vacancies in Care, Nursing and other Support Professions. At present we are not registered to supply Doctors and Consultants, though that is a service development for the near future. Candidates are properly assessed, trained and supported throughout for temporary appointments, and during initial induction for permanent ones.

Our commercial clients benefit from a detailed understanding of their requirements, leading to the provision of the right candidates and hopefully a longer-term relationship; we can offer fully managed services for all agency staffing requirements, leading to flexibility and speed of recruitment, cost-effectiveness and great time-saving.

All clients have a single point of contact, their Relationship Manager. We keep our procedures straightforward, and a Service-User Pack explains things clearly, including our Complaints Procedure.

Our family clients are also very well served, with similar provision. Our staff will be skilled in offering appropriate support to patients and their families, whatever might happen; we can supply the right staff as circumstances change; and financial costs are much less than the charges made by Residential Care establishments.

We offer all parties guarantees of quality via our own procedures; we are compliant with the standards set by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the Care Quality Commission, and the UK Homecare Association. We are also Investors in People, an indication of the comprehensive support we provide for our candidates.
